Boiler question during summer

For those of you that have gas boilers please forgive me I have not had one for many years as I was on electricity only! It’s not a combi boiler, and has a pilot light and is sitting at 22 degrees on the front panel

I have solar panels and don’t really need to use my gas boiler at all for water, I haven’t since about April when it was last cold for heating.

Do I turn it off at the boiler? Do i leave it on but the settings to off so it doesn’t light? Does it matter? I notice the pressure is low on it and have no idea whether this will make a difference. Googling gives me so many different answers so I thought MN would know!
