I have had to deal with verbal abuse and intimidating behaviour from my neighbour for 6 years now, and last year they were appointed an anti social behaviour warning, they cooled down but as starting back up again, I have been onto the council but I am sick and tired of waiting.. Strongly thinking of just going legally and appointing a solicitor to try have this vile person evicted.. Anyone else ever had this situation at all.. Any advice greatly appreciated.. Thanks
