To ask to hear your dark thoughts?

Our local park used to be lovely but is now ruined by litter, broken glass and obnoxious yobs on a daily basis.

There's one group of 12yo lads in particular that are there everyday. So far I've been told to 'fuck off' when politely asking they put their litter in the bin. The past 2 days the ring leader has pissed in an empty lucozade sport bottle, in full view of 2yo DD, then proceeded to chase and spray his friends with it. The same lad was also in trouble with the police last month for breaking windows and hitting a 5yo girl with a catapult.

Fast forward to today and the same lads and same carry on is happening. The ring leader climbed a metal gazebo and was lobbing stones at his friends, and I ended up thinking if he fell off and broke his neck it wouldn't be such a terrible thing.

I was shocked by these thoughts but then realised whatever his home life is doesn't excuse his behaviour and chances are slim he will change so will undoubtedly be a very pleasant adult.

Just wondering what dark thoughts other posters are harbouring so I don't feel as evil?

I think with thoughts it is important not not judge them, like with mindfulness. Just because you have a thought it doesn't mean you are 'bad', or even mean it, it is just a thought.

I sometimes have scary thoughts, like imagine accidents and the like or bad things happening, but think is maybe an anxiety things and try not to pay too much attention to them.

When my step-aunt died after a quick battle with cancer. My mum rang me in tears and my thought was. "...and"

My sister died recently, reminding me of our mortality. I have bought loads of books over the last few years which I haven't read yet, and I sometimes wonder if I will get to read them all in time...

On a lighter note, as for dark thoughts directed at others, I very much fancied my chances with a bloke who I thought had encouraged me. I then found out he had a girlfriend. He'd had a broken leg previously and I [ill] wished that he'd break the other leg. Sure enough, less than a week later...

You have been warned!

Every year on July 25th I silently pray it's my exh's last birthday...

Sorry for your loss StCharlotte Flowers

On the lighter note, wow, the mind is a powerful thing!
