I used to have loads but since xmas I've got into the habit of not exercising or eating healthy.I used to walk at least 3 miles per day and stick to 1200 calories a day.Today was my first day at trying again and I fucked up by 2pm!

I think you've hit the nail on the head by saying 'habit'. You need to make exercise a 'habit'. I work some daily exercise into my routine. I try to exercise before work, if that's not possible I go for a quick run after work while DD rides her bike. Or I'll leave the car at home and walk to the shops. You don't need to stick to 1200 calories unless you want to lose weight. 2000 calories is about the right amount for women (I think) but make it a balanced diet. You are allowed treats but eat healthy foods as well and don't beat yourself up if you slip up. Start again tomorrow. Good luck

Thanks! Its frustrating because I was in the habit I love walking normally.Its an awful cycle of feel like shit coz of bad food>dont exercise>eat bad food>feel like shit.I used to be better than this,I'm not depressed I just feel like I've got no get up and go.
