Hi looking for help my dd locked her iPhone
I'll have spent about 2 hours trying to sort my googling
She does know iCloud user and password bug can't find how to restore phone
It keeps coming up inactive contact apple

I would suggest maybe contacting apple then?

Do you mean she’s forgotten the passcode or entered it incorrectly too many times?

Have you tried connecting it to a Mac and iTunes?

Yes connected it to computer and dont know what to do from here.

Why don’t you contact Apple if it’s saying contact Apple?
