Any advice

These people are dregs of society , no point speaking to them .

TBH, if you ask, nicely, even the worst kids are usually ok. Go out guns blazing and confrontational and they retaliate.

Throw them some over the wall. That will distract them.

Have you tried speaking to them or it just an assumption that your neighbours are the dregs of society? They may surprise you.

Pray for rain, that's what I do. I'm in a similar position, only older kids out screaming until 11pm

Water sprinkler... One powerful enough to get over the fence, accidentally of course.

gosh - your grass is really dry - you need to water it with a hose - hmm that fence looks dirty I think I will wash it too...….. or maybe it needs a spray paint

The thing is out the front of the house is a massive field. Down the road is a massive park.

A friend of mine told me that she once got so annoyed by her own DS kicking a ball against the wall that she went outside with a big knife, grabbed the ball and stabbed it.

Try that.

Just be wearing your running shoes in case they have a bigger knife.
