Help with car seat

Sorry, posted here for traffic. I want to ask if my 9 week old is positioned correctly in his car seat.

I think the shoulder pads should be by his neck, and possibly the other way round.

Things I can't tell, it's his bum as far back as possible? Are the shoulder straps just below or level with his shoulders? Can you pinch the straps long wise? You should be able to answer yes yes no.

I agree, switch the sides the pads are on and pull them higher round the baby's neck 👍🏼
