So, for the first few weeks ex was having DS for overnights, I was sending a spare change of clothes. Ex was keeping them and saying he was washing them.

After about a month, I asked if I could have his stuff back as I was running out of outfits and having to spend more replacing them and I am the one who runs a home, pays nursery fees, gas, electricity, etc meanwhile he lived at home.
He said okay.

A couple of weeks, I asked again. He said he still hasn't got round to drying them.

We've had to cease contact for the timebeing due to him being a t*at (to put it nicely), and realised today that the last time he collected DS from nursery, he took the outfit there I keep for a spare Incase of leaks or mess etc and brought it home with him (even though he already had 1/2 his clothes there, he took his spare change at nursery!)

It's really bothering me. It might be petty but there's been some lovely outfits I only recently bought him and now I feel like I won't see them again.

send DS back in whatever clothes he is wearing (the oldest ones he still fits). You don't need to send spares - your Ex has plenty at this stage!

He is being at best petty and unreasonable.

Why do you keep sending spares when he's stockpiling all the clothes?

Get some cheap clothes for DS to wear when you send him to his dad and don't send spares. Keep all the nicer clothes for him to wear at home.

I thought it sounded clear that I wasn't sending a spare for months after.

Don't buy spare clothes for the dads house. Go there and demand them- dirty/ wet who cares.

Fakenametodayhey · 03/07/2019 12:06

I cant believe someone posted for you to buy more for dads house
Dad should buy them for his house.

I already read you didnt buy spares - that was aimed at pp

Well he has enough clothes for him now. Your DS has probably outgrown they’ve now if they’re from months ago. Just don’t send anymore. Send him back in whatever he comes from your exes in.
