Potentially v far down the road, but thinking about finances if husband and I were to separate.
In Ireland, what generally happens?
Two young DC's, we both have income from full time work, no mortgage, have savings, only debt is finance on a car. Husband also has second income and assets.
I know there is no 'typical' splitting of assest, but can anyone with experience give me advice.
