Really struggling to stick to routine. He's sleeping a lot more and feel cruel waking him, but he'll not sleep tonight.

Any tips?

Yes, but I just follow her lead and she sleeps when she is tired; every baby is different but I have found sleeping less during the day doesn't equal more at night- its usually worse as overtired. Depends how old though I guess

Mine's the opposite. She usually sleeps 7-7 but the last few nights its either taken hours to get her down or she wakes at random times and won't go back to sleep easily! I never thought I'd be hoping for the weather to cool down but I definitely value my sleep over hot sunshine these days Grin

Mines the same chocpop. He's been so unsettled. Can't wait for this bloody heatwave to be over so he'll sleep again!

Same here, @picnickers - my baby is normally not a big day time sleeper, she might have a 45 minute nap here or there but from 7am most days she’s done with the “big sleep” but the last couple of days she’s been snoozing a lot! I thought it would be opposite and she’d be awake and feeding (BF) more for hydration? Yesterday she fell asleep on her playmat after a 2 hour nap in the morning!
I’m just letting her do her own thing though as she seems to be sleeping well at night too despite the heat! Don’t know if that’s the right strategy or not? 🤷🏼‍♀️

My son just won't sleep! He's only just fallen asleep which is madness. He's usually in bed at 7:30 latest. He's slept in really short bursts today. He's just so unsettled Sad
