Was Janet Jackson miming at Glastonbury?

Couldn't figure out if she was or not.

She was awful.

Surely if she was miming the singing would have been better.

Some of it was, for sure
She was having issues with her mic/sound pack the whole way through and kept holding/adjusting it , I think they offered her a hand microphone at some point but she didn’t seem to take it , I’m not 100%

It was so quiet, it reminded me of one of those shred videos where they dub the sound with someone singing the song badly and at a weird volume.

I don't think I've ever seen JJ do a live mic without miming. Can't sing for toffee.

Is that allowed ?

I only saw a brief section, but I couldn’t hear her for much of it and what I did hear was dire.

I'd have hoped that if she was miming you could have heard something............. she either had awful sound issues or can't actually sing. Terrible set.

Sound issues, she used the hand mic while they sorted it out and then I think she gave up. But in her 50s dancing and singing, fair play to her.

I didn't think she'd be that good, she was worse. Hadn't got it at all.

No the worst live malfunction shes had.

Seems some of it was pre recorded, maybe to help with timings and choreography as she was clearly miming during speaking parts in the songs, then her microphone half died and she couldnt hear herself.

Fair play she battled on when a lot of others wouldnt.
