Payment change

Maybe not the right place but worth an ask anyway - My ex is due to marry in a couple of months, AIBU to ask if the CMS payments he makes will change? I believe they used to when it was CSA, Not sure how it works now. I've tried googling, but not really any straight answers.

The wont change because hes got married, they will change if/when he has more children

The CMS payments are based on his personal income and any children that are in his household.
So the payments will not go up because he is married, but may go down if his new wife has children and they will all be living in the same household as him.

She has 2 teenagers, and he is living in her house, so would this have been taken in to account in the original assessment?

When was the assessment done OP?

The most recent was about 2 years ago. Thinking about it, he wasn't with her then as they have only been together 10 months, he was living with someone else with kids not long before though, and the payments havnt changed since break up with her and moving in with new one.

He is definitely the sort that would tell them info if it meant paying less
