Stag Party of 18 get thrown off plane in Tel Aviv

Someone locally is getting married and has just returned from his Stag Do which was in Tel Aviv , they went for 3-4 days

On their return journey they were all still pissed and made some anti semitic jokes with one arse making a joke about a bomb

They were all turfed off the British Airways plane and had to fly back with someone else

They are all quite well off and the stag is a proper little rich kid drives numerous smart sports cars and lives on "Dads estate "

A few of them were in the pub laughing about it all last night !

Apart from all the agg and offence they have caused everyone else what a bunch of selfish fuckers in their pink jeans and green shoes !

what a pity they werent banned from BA or had their passports stamped as troublemaker making flying again difficult

another flight back doesnt seem to do it justice or is it me ?

details were on line on Monday but the family are all trying to keep it under wraps now apart from the Son who seems to relish in it

Sounds like friends having a laugh and going a bit too far. Seems an appropriate response by BA. What would you have liked to have happened to them?

hormonesorDHbeingadick · 28/06/2019 14:34

I think making jokes about bombs on planes should be a criminal offence.

MaxNormal · 28/06/2019 14:36

Anti semitism is friends having a laugh now? Hmm

billy1966 · 28/06/2019 14:40

Disgusting behaviour. Another reason I'm very selective of whom I fly with.

Ryanair, among other airlines, will let you on a flight, pissed, then sell you more alcohol, and still are surprised when people kick off.

Disgusting behaviour which is so unpleasant for other passengers, and can hugely inconvenience them if a plane has to divert.

What's a stag party these days without a bit of casual antisemitism?

Vile twats.

I'm pretty sure it is. At UK airports anyway.

Personally I'd like if it they were banned from all airlines and had their passports revoked. It's perfectly possibly to have a good time on a stag/hen do while still behaving like decent human beings. People that can't achieve that simple low bar should be confined at home, or at least within the UK.

I had a friend made a joke about a bomb on a plane once. And this was before 9/11. He was laughing on the other side of his face, after being arrested, taken off the plane, cavity search and all the rest of it, and a rather firm talking to about Why We Don't Make These Silly Jokes.

And for anti-semitism - bad enough at the very best of times, but when flying out of Tel Aviv? What a bunch of pathetic, ignorant and downright stupid nobs.

Shame they weren't made to spend a night in one of Tel Aviv's least hospitable prisons or police cells to give them a bit of a wake up call.

Paying out an extra few hundred quid or whatever and losing a bit of time in an airport terminal won't be much of a hardship to the well off who probably work in the family business or live off a trust fund so are unlikely to be in trouble if they weren't back in work on time.

billysboy · 28/06/2019 15:16

I just think if their passports had that stamped on there somewhere it give the heads up to other airlines

One of the reasons I only ever flew with El Al, security would not have let them on or let them get away with that behaviour.

BA is a crap airline.

I agree that after such behaviour they should face court and if proven behaviour have passports removed for a period of time.

Of course, under a Corbyn government they would probably be rewarded given the Labour Party's lack of action against anti-semitic remarks by their members.
