Water infection

Sorry for the boring title.

Had a water infection about a month ago, took the antibiotics but I don't think it truly went.

So tonight it's killing me going to the bathroom and I can't hold me pee, it's like I'm about to wet myself so I'm sat on the toilet afraid to move.

Dh out and dcs in bed, I have no pads just tampax (which I know won't work) I remember I had a few nappies left over from when dcs were babies could I wear one of those as a make shift pad?

Of course you could.
Yabu to call it a "water infection" though. Wink

Take painkillers and keep drinking as much as you can. It sound counter-intuitive but it will help flush the bladder out. I speak from experience -I'm on antibiotics for my fifth UTI this year. Hope it clears up soon, it's utterly miserable.
