If a mum gets with someone new and wants to put a photo of her kid and the partner together

I can't see the issue with that, assuming it's a relationship that's been going on for a reasonable amount of time. Who objects?

It's a relationship of 10 months.

If the partner has met the kid already I don't really see what difference having a photo up is going to make tbh.

Fine so long as the people in the photo and the person whose house it is are ok with it.
