I like ADIDAS Gazelles and Reebok Club Cs but I've been buying those styles for years and years and fancy a change.

Will be worn pretty much every day, as I'm a SAHM of 2 under 5s so have to be comfy, but not necessarily sporty. Budget up to about £75.

Nike or New balance?

I have size 4 feet so buy kids ones, they're much cheaper

jamoncrumpets · 27/06/2019 15:29

New Balance appeal but they have so many different styles and colours that I get a bit spoilt for choice!

I've just got two pairs of New Balance as a change from Converse. They're really comfy and not too clumpy.

jamoncrumpets · 27/06/2019 15:32

Ok I'm going to dive back into the New Balance website

I got a pair of studded ones from dune, mega comfy

rosie39forever · 27/06/2019 15:48

I have 5 pairs of Nike air max Thea, they are the most comfy trainers I've ever worn and also quite feminine looking. They look great with jeans, shorts or skirts very versatile, and you can usually pick them up at really good prices on eBay.

TroysMammy · 27/06/2019 15:51

I bought some Nike Air from JD the other day (couldn't tell you which ones unless I go upstairs to look at the box) reduced to £50 from £75.

HereForAdvice2019 · 27/06/2019 17:03

Air max or Air force..

needsomesleepy · 27/06/2019 17:07

Adidas continental 80

bridgetreilly · 27/06/2019 17:10

Skechers! Like walking on air.

ghostyslovesheets · 27/06/2019 17:16

I love Vans and Air force

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 27/06/2019 17:17

I bought new balance from M and M direct. They were cheap.

Nogravyforyou · 27/06/2019 17:18

Rebook classic have some cool colours and are very very comfy.

19lottie82 · 27/06/2019 17:23

I love a pair of Adidas Ultra Boosts, they usually retail about £100-120 but you can often find them on sale (they are quite snug so size up a half size).

Air Force 1s are great but they take a while to break in and are rather chunky.

I also can’t see past Nike Air Max 1s. Again retail is quite high but you can usually find some on sale.

If you have Twitter check out @sneakerdealsgb - they always have links to good deals.

19lottie82 · 27/06/2019 17:24

If you prefer a more retro kind of look, Nike Blazers are fab.

PS as someone already mentioned, eBay is great for bargain trainers. Just don’t buy any from Chinese sellers as they’ll prob be fake.

Most unhelpful answer ever Hmm

TwoleftUggs · 27/06/2019 17:37

Vans, Converse, or Adidas superstars?

Teabag37 · 27/06/2019 18:00

Saucony! Most comfortable trainers i've ever worn...plus they look nice..

JollyGiraffe · 27/06/2019 18:01

Superga!

Sukeyb · 27/06/2019 18:02

Definitely Skechers! They are the comfiest trainers I have ever owned!

weebarra · 27/06/2019 18:03

I've got some lovely black and rainbow Gola ones.

moonpiggle · 27/06/2019 18:04

Superga or New Balance. New Balance are just so versatile imo. Go well with midi skirts/dresses, jeans just everything! Even with a blazer and Cami.

AgentCooper · 27/06/2019 18:07

I like the same kinds of trainers you do and have a nice pair of Nike Internationalists in my La Redoute basket for payday (on sale and extra off with a code on the website). I like Adidas Continental 80s too, some on sale at Office.

I love Saucony Jazz but they’re getting a bit hard to come by at sensible prices.
