Has anyone ever been ‘Hit on’ (can’t think of another way to put it) whilst with their baby/dc? I think this may have just happened while I was in the line at the supermarket..I’m mainly confused as I pretty much look like shit these days, but there was a definite something there. I’m in a relationship, so onviusky nothing could ever become of anything ever anyway-but just felt really odd..has been so long and it’s like ‘Are you serous?!’ I really do look crappy these days, gave a little boost to the day though I guess 😂

Heh heh heh I had this convo with DH the other day - I always have a lovely chat and a giggle with one of the group leaders at Scouts and I said to DH "you know, I'm sure X fancies me!"
DH looks at me with pity and says "have you only just REALISED?"

It really is quite odd 🤷‍♀️I also remember being checked out a few times when I was fairly heavily pregnant but before being pregnant or with child, when walking the dog etc-no one batted an eyelid 😆

I was asked on the bus not too long ago, he was lovely!

Went to look at kitchen worktops and the chap said to me you can ring me but I'm not sure the wife would like it. All in jest but a nice boost anyway.

A colleague told me this morning I had beautiful skin, has told me several times and I just say thanks p, but still no chance and we just laugh.

Got hit on by my electrician once. He was doing quite a big job for us, over a week, and on the last day he left a card with his personal number and told me to call him if I ever wanted to go out! I was all a bit weird because he’d met dh several times by then. Also, waaaaay out of my league. I’m starting to think it was a prank of some kind

That’s how I feel, sort of like-was he joking?! 🤣 but I still, somewhere in the bottom of the depths remember what that feeling is like and when it’s really happening 😆
I suppose you’re just really not in that head space at all after baby and because I was evidently with her, it took me by surprise a bit.
I did finally manage to get my eyebrows done last night, so perhaps it was that ha ha-still rocking the no make up look, hair was done though, so there’s some progress being made.
