Anyone know an actual phone number to talk to actual person????

there isnt one i had a problem with them ebay related and was going round and round in circles live chat is the best you will get

Live chat is not actually a chat ie they have pre-loaded questions and if you don't answer them it just repeats the question. Then it just ends.
Told me no more than what I found online.

You could give this number a try but they are probably about as helpful as the automated service! 0844 543 7341. You should be able to speak to an actual person though. Good luck!

Thanks. I tried that one. I was hopeful for a little while as it did eventually sound like it was transferring me to an actual person, but then it hung up.
