Neighbours security lighting (Alcatraz style!)

Neighbour has security light.

1. The brightest you can buy
2. Angled so it aims into our relaxed rear garden, so blinding, its brighter than a new cars headlights
3. Flicks on and off....all day.... and all night, so it disturbs you when you are in the house as well in the garden.

Ive asked if something can be done, apparently...nothing can be done.

Lets not talk about the plastic topiary. Jeeez.

Bearing in mind ive asked very nicely if something can be done and told 'no' what should i do?

Just get one and point it directly at their bedroom window. You'll get rid of yours when they get rid of theirs.

I'd do blackout blinds and mirrors. It would wind me right up too.
