To ask what nicknames you give your pets?

But, I believe we all have nicknames / terms of endearment / joke names for our pets.

I want to hear yours and if there's a story behind it, even better.

I've two dogs Beabea and Murphy. The collective noun for my babies is 'The Stenches', to the point that I ask my DDad to Stench Sit and my mates call them The Stenches too.

Beabea has a few nicknames, all totally said in a loving way, I promise! She's a bit cuddly, very fiesty, raucous, cheeky and fun, so her names are Madam, Lard Arse, Beabea Boo Bum, Boo Bum, Boo, Bitch Face, Bitch Features, Big Girl, Daddy's Princess and My Princess.

Murphy is very timid and clingy, (Beabea wears the trousers) and he's happiest if being stroked, cuddled, or spoken to, he doesn't like rough and tumble play. He's called, Dopey Bollocks, Gimp Features, Gimp, Captain Gimpy, Gimpy Pants, Knobhead, My Shadow, Twat Dog, Big Boy, Mummy's Prince and My Prince.

I'll shut up now and await responses that make us feel less weird. 👀😁

I call my cats the toddlers because they are always squabbling. If one gets up on the sofa the other comes along, pushes them off and then sits in their spot looking smug. One of them loves to sneak up on the other and sit on her head. They love each other really but it feels like every time I look at them one of them is finding a new way to taunt the other.

My 15 year old cat Poppy, otherwise known as Bobby Carless (because she doesn't have a car...), Bobchar, Bobby Seasaw Bobby Do-Dah and Charba Laba Ding Dong.

Dog - big butt

He is long haired and is very voluptuous. He often knocks things over/closes the door (sometimes scares himself) with his behind

He is also gets called princess

Dickhead and Gorgeous Fluffy Bastard. I swear he’s made out of cloud-fluff he’s just that soft to touch, but he also wakes us all up at 5.30am and tries to trip us down the stairs. Love him to bits though, the daft git.

Rat face-cat face or bat face-cat face for when he's hanging upside down off of something like a wardrobe

Two cats - collectively known as the furry f*cks. Individually called Fur-bert and Squitten.

Belly.

My cats name is Belle.

Our cats were called Venus and Shiva.

Venus was mostly nicknamed booby cat or booby for short as she had been neutered and left with a flappy stomach.

Shiva was nicknamed shifty as she'd creep about the place.

Not my pets but I call my mums dog "potato" as she got a bit lardy after being spade. Her son is now called "new potato" by default as her pup

More specifically she's "ms potato"

My cats nickname is Adolf.

"McFluffy pants" I don't really know why we started calling our dog that but it stuck. He's a small fluffy poodle.

My boy is officially Fergus (I didn't name him) but he gets called Ferg, Lord Fergington, Fergface, Ferglar the Burglar, Burglar, Bobby and Hunky Doodle.

My beautiful girl cat had bad wind when we got her as a kitten. Her nickname is Princess Farty Pants. She no longer has wind but still gets called the name.

My fish is technically called Calliope but we really call him Meeeeeeeeester feeeeeeeeeeesheeeeeeeee.

My cat is called Bagheera but she has any range of nicknames - The Peanut, Fluffy Ruffle, The Ruffalo, The Spotty One, Spots, Princess Pushy, Sweet Girl...
