To ask what nicknames you give your pets?

But, I believe we all have nicknames / terms of endearment / joke names for our pets.

I want to hear yours and if there's a story behind it, even better.

I've two dogs Beabea and Murphy. The collective noun for my babies is 'The Stenches', to the point that I ask my DDad to Stench Sit and my mates call them The Stenches too.

Beabea has a few nicknames, all totally said in a loving way, I promise! She's a bit cuddly, very fiesty, raucous, cheeky and fun, so her names are Madam, Lard Arse, Beabea Boo Bum, Boo Bum, Boo, Bitch Face, Bitch Features, Big Girl, Daddy's Princess and My Princess.

Murphy is very timid and clingy, (Beabea wears the trousers) and he's happiest if being stroked, cuddled, or spoken to, he doesn't like rough and tumble play. He's called, Dopey Bollocks, Gimp Features, Gimp, Captain Gimpy, Gimpy Pants, Knobhead, My Shadow, Twat Dog, Big Boy, Mummy's Prince and My Prince.

I'll shut up now and await responses that make us feel less weird. 👀😁

The puppy is nicknamed Bay-Bay or Soft Lad.

The cats are nicknamed Min-Min and Mickey that is Mickey and Mouse that is Mouse.

Ridiculously outing! 😂

Oh and the parrot is just ‘Bird’

My dog is often referred to as the floof, da floof, or the floofer doofer, because she’s just a tiny ball of floof.

Poo head. He ate poo when he was a puppy. He even comes to poo head when I call him.

• Please also tell me that when you meet a dog and / or cat in public that you speak to them in silly kitty / doggy voice.

It's usually high-pitched, a bit singy-songy, sometimes squeaky.

My standard greeting to other dogs is 'hello sweetheart', regardless of size, breed or sex, or sometimes 'hello gorgeous'.

We’ve got four cats, their nicknames are Rooble, Bellaroo, Tigwig and Ozzbozz

My dogs are often just called ‘dogs’. Like when they are going to be fed or walked one of us just calls ‘dogs!’ and they come running. Don’t have nicknames for them really.

One my cats is called Pepper. I call her Pepperami - because she's a 'bit of an animal'

I've 4 dogs and a cat so there are a few !

The dogs collectively are the 3 little pigs & the big bad wolf or The crazy crew.

The 2 male pigs ; dumb & dumber , double trouble ,knob dog & dickhead dog, bastard dog 1&2 ,The chuckle brothers , The terrible 2 ,I could go on lol

The lab; my Romeo,Mr.Luva luva, Grandpa,Mr Whiskers ,Fancy pants ,Darling boy .

Female pig; My piggy princess ,Baby Blue , little traitor, Dodo , mamas Baby Girl , Arniebell

Cat ; Tabby Terrorist, Killer , Stink Bomb , The Bird whisperer,Evil Eevee

My ddog is called Dexter. So usually Dexter, dex etc

I call him "puppy" still... really shouldn't as his a giant rottie x mastiff with long hair 🤣🤣🤣 his so loving, gentle and dopey he is still a puppy to me ❤🤣🤣🤣

I'm embarrassed to say my dog Monty has a plethora of names.

Monty, Montague, little dog/ egg/ sausage, muffin, puppins, pupper wupper, 'the puppies or puppies', Pee pee le pew, and lastly Montesaurus Rex.

My cat is called Prunella Scales. Nicknames are vast and varied but Prunius Maximus and Prune and the more normal ones. Mew bag is another one.

I also often call her shitbag. Usually when she rejects my previously good enough lap as soon as my dh sits down. She’d walk over hot coals to sit on his knee. Mind you I don’t blame her, he is lovely

Two labrador dogs-one called Bushmills-often swapped to Muchbills because of all the surgery he’s had to have during his life, Cooper, also called Pooper. We also call them Needy and Greedy.

The dogs name is Violet. She gets: Vibealite, Victory V, Stinker, Stinkerbelle, Stinkalink, Stinkalicious, Stinkazoid. (due to her terrible farting!)

His name is Teddy, he gets called anything but 🙄

She also gets "gitbag" and "godless bastard" on occasion. Usually if she's been in the duck pond.

I call my cat Pixie "Princess" because that's her to a T. She also gets called Beautiful Baby, both of which do massive things to her already inflated ego. We also have Marble who gets called Marble-ous boy.
