To think we should be able to "hover" over trending thread titles and see the full title?

I know this belongs in Site Stuff but I don;t care.

I think the problem with MN is that it's too basic. There's a real lack of features which are available on other sites such as YouTube.

I see something in "Trending" on my desktop and it looks interesting but when I click through it's not what I thought.

Ultimate in lazy website use maybe but we're surely meant to be catered for? It's very basic here....hasn't changed at all really and I've been a user for 12 years.

When they do bring something new in it's really basic or not beneficial to us.

Do you not get a preview at the bottom left hand size of your page if you hover over it? I do in Chrome, I've never wondered if it's the same in other browsers, but it's very handy!

Seems like a pointless feature really. I just click on it and then click straight back if I don't fancy reading it.

I agree MN is pretty basic but then I sometimes feel sorry for MNHQ because whenever they try to bring in changes, there are a very vocal minority of posters who appear to get very angry/upset.

They can't please everyone.
