Healthy picnic ideas ?

My former very overweight friend is calorie counting, doing well and losing a substantial amount of weight. Group picnic today and I’ve decided to try and take healthy stuff to try to support her so she’s not stuck eating just her own stuff. Trying to avoid pastry, too much bread, high fat content stuff. Would usually take pork pies 🤣
Any ideas ? I am a bit stumped.
I was going to bring carrot and cucumber sticks as well as making low fat tsatziki dip and maybe some low fat hummous (although it’s still calorific)

Oh and I can swing by Tesco but don’t have time to do any baking etc! Thanks in advance.

Low calorie wraps instead of bread or rolls, or even better, make wraps using lettuce leaves as the 'wrap'

Baby potatoes for in a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt are lovely cold and filling.

How about some strawberries? Maybe some chicken drumsticks, chunks of ham? Some cherry tomatoes?

Chicken skewers
Cherry tomatoes, radishes
Crudites and dips as you say - carrot, cucumber, celery,
Boiled eggs with some salt to dip in. Very Famous Five. (I love these but I know other people are funny about them)

Cherry tomatoes are handy too, and if you have time to freeze grapes, they make great 'sweets'

Mini chicken kebab sticks.
Grilled veg.
Cauliflower rice salad.
Veg crisps.
Potato salad made with super light dressing.
Koftas.

Spanish omelette is nice cold, hummus/tsatziki and veg sticks, chicken kebabs, fallafel, stuffed vine leaves, tuna nicoise, wholemeal wraps. M&S usually have deals on for all of this stuff.

sliced salmon in wraps with light honey & mustard dressing (just trace) with lettuce & cucumber
or individual salads (not with pasta!) like Aldi's prawn salad with prawns & lime dressing (check these on-line also M&S) you could copy these yourself! often they are with baby new pots (just a couple with mint sauce instead of salad dressing)
side salad of sliced toms, chopped onions(or chives or spring onions), cu with mint sauce mixed in.
