I'm 8 weeks postpartum, my lochia stopped at around 3 and a half weeks then me and DH did the deed at 5 weeks PP.
When I went to the loo afterwards there was a small amount of blood on the tissue, and then irregular spotting over the next week.
This is 'within the realm of normal' right? I know lochia can stop and start but it's the spotting after sex which worried me.
We had sex right up until 40 weeks pregnant and I didn't have the post coital bleeding then.
