DH at pub, without me

Lovely weather and no big plans this weekend. Except last evening DH was 'too tired' to go for a drink with me at the pub round the corner. Wanted to laze around in bed. Had energy for what he was after though!

Same this morning. Wouldn't get up and go out for a bit, let alone make something of the day. Only had energy to mither me for sex.

Evening rolls around and he thinks he'll pop out for a run. An hour in, it transpires he felt like a drink with his mates and not to worry where he is - he's at the pub! Aibu to be fed up?

What exactly are you getting from this relationship? Because hes getting his cake and eating it too.

He sounds like a bit of a prat to be honest.

If you don't have dependant children go and join him.

You're kidding, right?

Curtaincallz · 22/06/2019 21:20

@FionasWineShow

You can't believe I can be bothered about it, or you can't believe he'd act like he couldn't be bothered and then go alone?

Sounds a bit like spending time with you isn’t much of a priority for him sadly, apart for sex anyway. I think you need to have a real chat with him.

FionasWineShow · 23/06/2019 00:49

Very much the latter. What an arse.

Do you have DC?

OldAndWornOut · 23/06/2019 00:52

Is his drinking problematic in other ways?
