On Friday our boiler was turned off. It failed the gas safety check and the grumpy man said we would have to wait for the council to call us and do something as "it s out of my hands now". So we have no hot water and cant bath without heating kettles or having strip washes at the sink.
We live in a council property and are all adults so not vulnerable at all.
I have a phobia of dirt and germs which i m waiting to have CBT for.
AIBU to feel really dirty and depressed (i suffer from that too) and worry that they won't fix it quickly.
Ds says being able to be clean is a basic human right but I m sure they will just stick us to the back of the list being all working adults.
I m already feeling disgusting and dirty and just want a hot bath.
Aibu to phone on monday afternoon if i havent heard anything?
