Dinner was at 6.30pm, paprika Chicken new pots, salad and coleslaw.
I'm seriously thinking I'm hungry for something mega carby.

Fwiw I'm 8 weeks pregnant and just got over gastroenteritis ( sat to Tues) and hadn't eaten much in them 4 days, except toast and some plain crisps. yesterday I only ate toast and a bit of gammon And veg

Dp. Says just order one but I'd feel greedy but I also want it soo bad.. Hmm maybe he secretly wants it too and is just playing along lol

Do it. If you fancy something you should eat it especially if you've been struggling

Queenoftheashes · 20/06/2019 19:49

Do it. You prob need some salt.

Bringonspring · 20/06/2019 19:50

Ooooo dominos with the potatoes wedges

QuickRedFox · 20/06/2019 19:50

Go for it. Enjoy the hunger, it will stop in a couple of weeks.

HereForAdvice2019 · 20/06/2019 19:51

Never had dominoes. Always get the local kebab shop but that's more greasy and not sure I can stomach that. Or papa John's.. Thinking papa Johns..

Papa johns is the best. You're pregnant say it's a craving 😏

sergeilavrov · 20/06/2019 20:11

Not being unreasonable at all! There was one single week of this pregnancy I could stomach food and wanted it - Domino's Cheeseburger pizza was everything to me. My doctor said it was excellent for the baby, and was very pleased - so go for it! Wink

Never had anything from there before, never since and I don't like pizza (especially with toppings!)

HereForAdvice2019 · 20/06/2019 21:18

Lol
Ordered a veggie one and cheese and tom
After illness didn't think pepperoni would be too good. Dp just gone to collect

Yeah good move, don’t trust meaty pizza.
How was it?

HereForAdvice2019 · 21/06/2019 10:07

Omg it was so good. There was half of one left after me, dp and teen had eaten. Got up and dp has taken it to work.. I wanted left overs.. In fairness he normally does with leftovers but seriously considering LTB lmao. I wanted the rest for lunch lol

Anything goes when you're growing a baby! When I was pregnant I was drinking a bottle of full sugar coke for breakfast most days. The thought of that disgusts my non-pregnant self.

Forget leaving him that's an offence no court in the land would convict you for if you buried him under the patio. Grin. I'm glad you enjoyed it and hopefully its the start of you feeling much better after being so poorly.

I think being pregnant is akin to having an alien life form inside you.

I spent my entire life hating tomatoes until i was pregnant with dd3. Then I obsessed over them. Ate punnets of the bloody things. M & S santorini tomatoes are truly the food of the gods.

And tinned sardines in curry sauce. Eaten from the tin Blush. I've never been able to stomach those again mind .....

MashedSpud · 21/06/2019 10:16

Papa Johns is my favourite. The crust is a million times better than dominoes.

Babdoc · 21/06/2019 10:18

Peonies, your body may have been craving vitamin A (tomatoes) and D (sardines). You were actually eating very healthy choices for pregnancy!
