Posting here for traffic! Trying to make a bottle rocket using water and fizzy vit c following instructions from the Royal Institution. Using a fruit shoot bottle with a sports lid but it's not working! Tablet is fizzing but the pressure isn't enough to pop the lid. Tried 3 tablets, loosening lid, more/less water and different brands of bottle. Any other ideas!? Getting a bit desperate as got a deadline. Thanks!
