To consider the Czech Republic for IVF?

My partner and I are in a same sex relationship. We have had two failed IUI cycles - paid for privately.

We were put on the NHS waiting list - initial appointment before Christmas and second a few weeks ago - we have been told we will be funded for 1 round of IVF (as per any couple in N.Ireland) however it will take another 12 months until the next appointment - but apparently then will move quickly...just feels like we are constantly waiting (we are also still paying off a credit card we used for IUI)

I have heard of people going to the Czech Republic due to lower price and a better package? Has anyone experienced this good or bad and care to share their experience?

Thanks

I’m afraid Czech clinics won’t treat same sex couples or single women (the law permits couples only)

You could perhaps try Greece or Cyprus instead

Fertility Friends forums probably the best place to ask for recommendations and advice on this

Good luck!
