To ask for your experiences of thin uterine lining and whether you managed to improve it

I'm 25 and have been having miscarriages now for 2 years.

The hospital have suggested this may be down to thin uterine lining and I have another appointment to discuss options with them in a few weeks.

Does anyone have experience of this? If so, did you manage to improve it? There seems to be lots of suggestions online. Some natural like more exercise to increase blood flow, estrogen high foods etc...

I've had the opposite problem to you (abnormal bleeding and thick uterine lining) and I've also seen a lot online about how to improve it.
Have they given any reason that it might be too thin, such as a hormonal imbalance? I don't think it would do any harm to try different things. I've been ttc for nearly 3 years now and so I've tried alsorts and things have improved, although I'm yet to conceive.

A few people I know rave about Chinese medicine and acupuncture which is next on my list to try. xx
