Nuisance calls

Sorry if this has been done to death but really needing some help on how to get rid of nuisance calls.

I’ve had six today about renewing gas and electric. Anyone know how to get my number removed?

I know it’s not an AIBU but need to get rid of them before I go mad!

If this is your land line then go Ex-Directory or Directory Enquiries Only. I'm Ex-Directory and I get next to no nuisance calls on my land line. Both services are free.

If it's your mobile then I think you just have to block each number as it happens.
