I part breastfeed/part formula feed (not sure I’m providing much breast milk for my dd these days.
She’s 10.5 months old and on solids too. I’ve ran out of formula until I have the car this afternoon to get some..so she’s missing her morning milk, is it that bad? She’s had her usual toast, Greek yoghurt and fruit etc

It really doesn’t matter at this stage for one morning! Sounds like she’s eaten plenty too.
If you’re worried could you offer an extra breastfeed?

InDubiousBattle · 17/06/2019 09:27

She will be fine, it's only one feed.

ArfArfBarf · 17/06/2019 09:28

She’ll be fine. Just offer more solids and some water if needed. As a one-off, regular cows milk wouldn’t be a problem either, it’s not inherently bad, just lacks the added vitamins of formula.

Sundancer77 · 17/06/2019 09:39

Thanks all, she’s dropped the lunchtime one but does seem to rely on the morning one (plus it helps get her to sleep in a bit!) Will hope she’ll bf to sleep.

Offer an extra bf perhaps and plenty of food and water from a beaker. I'm sure she'll be fine.

Galaxy88 · 17/06/2019 10:33

Agree with arf at that age, she will be okay with a bit of cows milk if you're desperate. As PP mentioned, it's fine to give just lacks vitamins

Just offer the boob if she asks. Dont assume you're not making much. If you can feed comfortably and she's happy when latched on then you're making enough for her. Boobs are clever.
