To have gone off the sweet stuff

Former chocoholic (and just general sweet stuff doughnuts, cake, biscuits etc) I have been eating much healthier for the past two weeks. Fish, meat, salad, veg, fruit. Clean eating. I am now on my period, a bit bored and down so thought I would have some chocolate (wouldn't say I massively fancied it, but just thought why not) anyway, it did nothing for me. I only ate half of it and it was just a bit bland. I would normally scoff the lot. can taste buds change this quickly? I just have this real urge to go and have something much better for me. Strawberries or something! I hope this lasts because I have a few stones to lose.

I am so envious!!!!

Possibly. I’ve been on a health kick since last July and I’m 4 stone down. I crave fruit now more than junk food. Maybe once every 3 months I’ll binge on sugar then back to clean eating next day

I just don’t seem to have any interest! I’m really hoping it lasts. Ended up with celery and hummus. This is so not me!!!!

@Prisonbreak wow, that’s inspiring. Well done. And good to know that this might be a permanent thing.
