I think the ex is having on his dose not work, when we were together he earned about 350 a week, what do you all reckon?

Use the online calculator. It does seem low. Did they give you a calculation sheet at how the amount was arrived at? Does he have other children? Are you claiming any benefits?

I get £13 a week because he only works p/t. If that's calculated through CM then it will be right. It will get assessed yearly so it will go up if he earns more

It is, if the child was staying overnight with him 3 nights a week for example.

The OP mentioned seeing, not staying. I responded to the OPs words, not other peoples interpretations of what they think she might mean.
