A few weeks or months?

Around 3 weeks ish. They go back to the school for fact checking before going live on Ofsted website. If there is an appeal it may take longer but that gives you an indication that the school has gone into a category.

Weeks rather then months ime but I don't think there are any rules

Ofsted have 19 working days from the end of the inspection to publish, if graded 1, 2 or 3. 28 days if grade 4.

School can publish on their website once all checks have been done and they've received the final version. This can be slightly quicker than Ofsted's website.

If a school/nursery have appealed against the report it could be delayed.

Not always, if a school complains about the inspection the report still goes 'live'.
