can cause pain in the lower right hand side of my pelvic area, akin to ovary type pains?

I have bowel issues and have this type of pain every so often... never associated it with those though... had loads of tests to see what it was but they couldn’t find anything wrong with my ovaries or pelvic region or anything in that area.
So possibly could be. Only way to know though is a doctor and things. Although I’ve had no luck with that route!

Good question as I have similar. Waiting for an appointment for a scan, so hopefully I'll find out something soon.
