....could ever vote for Boris Johnson?

Reading The Sunday Times over brekkie and thinking about Matthew Parris's spot on words in yesterday's paper:

"he's a habitual liar, a cheat, a conspirator with a criminal pal to have an offending journalist's ribs broken, a cruel betrayer of the women he seduces, a politician who connived in a bid for a court order to suppress mention of a daughter he fathered, a do-nothing mayor of London and the worst foreign secretary in living memory"

I'm a so called floating voter but could never vote for this buffoon but it seems he has a lot of support. Why???

What person in their right mind would vote for Boris who is self serving and only out for himself?

What person in their right mind would vote for Gove who, together with Cameron and Osborne , '...Bullied Teresa May whilst she was Home Secretary so badly it was like domestic abuse' and prevented her from reducing immigration to reach targets announced by the very same Cameron (From Gove's biographer).

What person in their right mind would vote for Hunt who could not reach a negotiated settlement with the Junior Doctors and resorted to imposing the Junior Doctors' contract willy-nilly?

What person in their right mind would vote for and of the rest of the nonentities?

What's Boris' position on abortion?
Rather pro, based on form.
We know Jeremy Hunt's position...

I like him. Rather him than Corbyn any day

Baileys6904, consider me ticked off. But the Brexit vote was no shock to me, although it was a fulfilled nightmare. I am not from a well-off background myself. Please re-consider your thoughts. It is true that none of us has a crystal ball, but this person has a record and it is a very clear one - one that puts himself before party, and makes his party serve his interests. He has no knowledge of the lives of ordinary people and no interest in them. Nothing this man stands for has any interest in achieving equality in Britain. He will destroy what there is left of the ability to work your way up. We all know - well, people like me do - how hard life is in Britain now and how little representation there is at the top. Creating a dictator is not the way to improve matters.

Well said Dark.

Anyone who thinks Boris has their best interests at heart is deluded.

Why are people talking about Corbyn? That’s why we are in this mess!

This election is NOT between Johnson and Corbyn, but between Johnson and other l Tories!
