Husband

I think I'm being unreasonable but my husband has went out tonight with the intention of being home at a decent time as I'm early pregnant with a seven month old in tow and struggling big time with morning sickness so he could help out in the morning. It's the first time he's been out in over a year and a half due to my first pregnancy also being tough and then wanting to spend all his free time with me and the little one so I know he deserves a night out and enjoy himself but just annoyed that he didn't tell me before going out his plans as I could have stayed at my mums.

Not really sure what I'm asking just need to vent.

He's still out now?

WhiteDust · 08/06/2019 04:34

Is he staying out all night? It's now past 4am. Has he been in touch?

BetsyBigNose · 08/06/2019 04:44

Is it possible he's decided to just sleep on a friend's sofa so he doesn't bother you whilst he's pissed tonight and he'll turn up (just before whatever time DS usually wakes up), recently showered with warm croissants and fresh orange juice for you and send you back to bed?

Grin

Or is it more likely that he'll roll in shortly, stinking of Wine and Gin, looking slightly Confused at your Hmm face, which turns to Angry as you watch him fall up the stairs? Then he'll get into bed for 10 minutes, before leaping up and dashing to the bathroom to Envy(not envy), then creeps back into your room, looking Blush - but at least having brushed his teeth... He'll then wake up at midday, all Confused by your Angry face, then proceed to lie on the sofa for the remainder of the day, watching Football and asking you to make him Brew after Brew, cos he's feeling a little 'under the weather'. That would make me Sad and I would kick him in the FootballFootball, whilst eating Cake and giving him my best Hmm face.

I hope it's the first one @shaz96, but I'll be Shock if it is! Smile

@BetsyBigNose Haha! I’m generally an emoji minimalist but love your post.

Once in a year and a half is pretty good going. Hope he had fun.

Rojelio · 08/06/2019 07:03

Think I'd be fuming, is he home yet?

shaz96 · 08/06/2019 09:06

He came home at 4am he had a great night, he got up and done the bottle this morning and is now away back o sleep whilst me and the little one watch a film in bed.

Can't be mad as it's his first night out in a long time and probably the last for a long time too but just felt annoyed that I'm dealing with another awful pregnancy and he doesn't have to have any of the symptoms x
