Can't drink alcohol

Does anyone else have a serious issue with alcohol? Aka feel dizzy/like I'm going to vomit/sweaty after a few sips? It doesn't matter what I'm drinking. It makes me so ill.

Anyone else?

Got a friend who is allergic to alcohol. She found out aged 14 and ended up in hospital. Her uncle didn't believe her a few years later and put some in her cup. Ended back up in hospital.

An old uni friend of mine dated a lovely guy. Tall, strapping, very athletic. Poor bloke couldn't touch alcohol. He was massively allergic to it. He had either 1 of 2 responses to it; he either had your symptoms or he was crazy drunk after half a pint. He only tested the waters a few times before he realised drinking as never going to work for him.

It's quite common in the far east. Quite a few of my Japanese friends get ill if they have any alcohol at all, apparently.

I don't drink because I fall asleep after just one drink and need to go home. I don't know why I am like this.

Richard E Grant is famous for playing drunks, but can't touch a drop because he has a severe reaction to it.
