Sorry posting for traffic. Does anyone have experience of a family member who has had a bilateral orchiectomy? My DH had testicular cancer 6 years ago and had one testicle removed. The other one now has a tumour and he's facing losing that one too. He'd be on hormone replacement for the rest of his life. We're devastated and I'm secretly panicking I'm going to lose my lovely husband to a hormonal nightmare.
We're 34, 2 children by IVF so complete loss of fertility not too much of an issue (although when I write that down it seems strange and very sad).
