I think this is heartbreaking. Surely it isn't right that children as young as 12 can choose to end their life? Not trying to negate this poor girl's suffering but when you're in a bad place mentally it's not possible to realise you could feel better one day.

In the Netherlands, under 16s need parental permission.
Noa no longer needed this, and although her parents did not agree with her decision, doctors agreed that Noa had capacity to make that decision.

I know it's legal in the Netherlands but really, should it be for situations such as this?
