Hi guys am looking for some advice please. My partner has a court order in place to take the kids on a 3 hour drive to their dad's or to pick them up and vice versa. The problem is she is heavily pregnant now and can't make the journey anymore and has high blood pressure and prone to anxiety attacks. Do we have to submit a new court order to argue it out in court or is there something else we can do? It's not that she's refusing to do it its just that she can't. Any advice is appreciated thanks

Can you not do it? Or someone else?

She could ask the other parent about some sort of informal arrangement. Perhaps paying for him to travel to get the kids or to travel to your city and stay in a hotel.

What was the plan for childbirth and the early newborn days? Couldn’t you just implement that early?

We tried saying to him we will pay his expenses to pick kids up and agreed at first but now refused and wants to enforce the court order

Process is back to court for an amendment or variation I would make sure the first 6 months of new childs life is included in variation as well
