Bio, non bio or something else?

Hi everyone

I have just joined mumsnet. I need some advice please; I have just bought a lovely Sergio Tacchini polo shirt. Predominantly white with navy collar and navy and red stripes on the sleeves. What should I use to keep the white 'white' and not fade the colours please? Your advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Whether it's bio or not will not make a difference. I would maybe wash with a colour catcher in case the dark colours run into the white.
