Had a parcel 'delivered' from George through Hermes the driver has delivered through my letterbox but as you can see from the pic they have take on the left it is NOT my letter box!! Iv contacted them and still waiting for them to investigate also contacted Asda who have now said that Hermes have told them my parcel WAS delivered 🙄 so now what?

Your contract is with Asda. Contact them and send them the above picture.

Your contract is with Asda not with Hermes so you don't do anything about Hermes. Send the evidence to asda and tell them they need to issue a refund or re-send the item.

Tweet them and Facebook them as well as email. They tend to sort things a bit faster when it's public.

This happened to me once and I also received a photo of an alien front door. In my case I was lucky in that the recipient emailed the sender to say a mistake had been made.

They lived in a house with the same number on the same street name... just in a different part of the city.. or so the sender told me.

Probably just an honest mix up but very annoying for you. Hope it turns up

As PP said the contract you have is with ASDA. Send them the photos along with an e mail and tell them that regardless of what Hermes say your parcel has not been delivered and therefore you require a replacement or refund ASAP. End of.
