Neighbors are dealing drugs, I’ve passed names on reg numbers, times. So what do the police do ! A 5 min drug raid no dogs, mid week and found nothing! Nothing being done as no evidence and tough luck. So I’m left with a cocky neighbor that thinks they’re untouchable and dealers dealing outside my house in clear view but police don’t see nothing. Can’t sell my house as everyone knows they’re druggys next door. Getting really down now.

Sorry to hear this. Could you contact your local MP? Explain the situation.

Or keep calling the police?

How do you know for sure that they're dealing? What is it that you think they're dealing?

justmakemeacuppa · 02/06/2019 11:33

I report everything I think I worth reporting but some things are a case of well their just walking down street even though I know a car has just dropped drugs off but the police wait till they’ve sold it over the weekend then do a search. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve lost all hope of the police doing anything

Call the police when it's happening. Every time.

justmakemeacuppa · 02/06/2019 11:34

I’ve heard conversations, seen them skinning up. Seen the hand overs. Pills, skunk defo and probably whatever is requested, crack?

CrimeStoppers were brilliant when I was in a similar kind of situation. The flat upstairs we’re dealing, and is come home at different times, to find randoms in the stairwell, smoking dope, or waiting to buy pills, etc. I was fearful of these people, and repercussions of any reporting.

I called CrimeStoppers a few times, and they gave advice, and after there was better evidence, set up a bit of a ‘stake out’, for want of a better term! Within a week or so, I was told by others in the block that they’d been arrested, and the next thing, evicted (private let). It turned out that 3 other flats had also been in touch with CrimeStopppers, which had helped build the case.

The smell is a good giveaway too

I’ll keep reporting but starts getting u down when police don’t seem to do/care. I know they’re stretched but this house seems to be the problem that spreads to other problems in the area. I feel that it’s easy for me to work out what’s happening but the police aren’t putting two and two together. I’m hoping on the fact that they are waiting for them to make a big slip up and pounce on them. Fingers crossed

I’d be taking photographic evidence or even video evidence, I think CCTV evidence will stand up in court so perhaps invest in that. Also call 101 every time you witness it and keep a diary yourself. Perhaps contact your MP.

justmakemeacuppa · 02/06/2019 11:48

I think My next move is my mp and see if that goes anywhere.?
