To ask what is so captivating about Freddie Mercury?

I just can't get enough of him and it genuinely makes my heart so sad to think about what he went through, and how he did it so graciously.

I was only mid teens when he died and the older I've got the more I feel this sense of being in complete awe of him.

I think a lot of today's music is just pure shite!

FM was amazing...yanbu. Loves Queen as a child then obsessed again after Bohemian Rhapsody....noone has a voice like it.

He was wonderful. He electrified the stage with his presence and his vocals were sublime. Loved him.

I love this band and Freddie knew how to own a stage and entertain, just a musical genius really and nobody else comes close

Miss him loads but I can watch Queen dvds of their concerts continuously

He managed to be very talented, appeared down to Earth and was telatable all at the same time.

He also wasn't afraid to show he truly was in a time when being different could ruin your life.

FM is simply the greatest showman and singer of all time I grew up with Queen Music my Dad is a massive fan and we had one of Queens songs for our father and daughter dance at my wedding few years back.
Just every song even FM own solo work is amazing you can sing along to them and they always put you in such a good mood he was ahead of his time 🥰

I'm not a Queen fan but Freddie had something very few people had. Lots of people said charisma and I can see that but there was also a vulnerability and sense of fun that really appealed.
