My daughter stops every weekend and is fascinated with watching kids play with toys instead of playing with her own, kids playing pranks both of which I have no problem with as they're harmless fun.
However, we came across a channel named Tiana and they play games like walking into a shop blindfolded and what ever she touches her parents buy, if she touches a £2000 TV her parents buy it, also throwing darts at branded logos like apple. if she hits it she gets to buy something from the apple store which happened to be a £1200 mac book pro and an iPad pro. both with a combined price of £2200.
The parents are millionaires.
My point is times are hard for a lot of parents and we all can't afford to treat our children like this, is it irresponsible for the parents to allow their four million subscribers to see these games where children from poor families might expect the same.

Tiana really gets me down now. She’s wayyyyy too spoilt and it does make you feel a bit shit when you see their lifestyle. They have made a lot of money off the back of their videos. I think YouTube has a really negative impact on my DD’s behaviour as a lot of it is really really grabby.

Boy just wait until they're around 12/13.

These absolute spengs called THVbruv do this, getting heads stuck in microwaves, buying shit they simply don't need.

Mmm I agree to a certain extent - looking at you Ryan.... however- I remember watching 'sweet 16' when I was young (12/13) where the parents wasted thousands upon thousands on a 16th birthday party and always ended it with a ridiculously unnesisery blingy car as a birthday present. I always used to be Hmm at how they had just wasted it.

This kind of thing has always been about, but now just on a different platform.

Let them get on with wasting their money - easy come easy go Wink Grin

For me it’s not just about them being spoilt it’s the manners none of them ever seem to say thank you.

Ah, there is a family on you tube, they have a big following and are always (I have recently found out get alot of money from you tube) going away on holidays, always got a massive surprise for the kids after school days, I'm most of the time not even home from work when my girl gets in from school, I am having to justify why we can't get on a plane most weeks to go to somewhere hot like florida
