We have an attached conservatory / lean to (more of a lean to as it has walls as well as a lot of windows) which is south facing and which I hate. In summer it is infernally hot, and in winter freezing.
I am thinking of having it knocked down and replaced with an outdoor patio, as I can’t afford to build a proper extension in its place.
I know, how long is a piece of string, but roughly how much do you think it would cost to do this? It would also involve making good the parts of the house that it was previously attached to.
