I have a wedding to go to on Saturday 6 hours away. I got a dress a couple of weeks ago but size was off so reordered in a different size. I paid for next day delivery which should have arrived yesterday. It didn’t. I then got a text this morning saying it was out for delivery today, so another day stuck in the house with 2 young dc’s waiting for a bloody delivery.
Tracking all day confirming it will be delivered by end of day today. Text at 5.30 telling me my address is wrong. It definitely isn’t. Customer service only open 9-5, package has now been taken back to the centre in the nearest city so no way it will come back tomorrow. It won’t even give me the option to get it redelivered tomorrow until o correct my address. Which I can’t because it’s correct. The nearest drop off point is 15 miles away but would be ok except it’s on a road that’s currently shut sand I’m 90% sure the shop is also shut.
I travel up with dc’s on Friday, getting there at 6.30. Have to be at wedding by 11am. I have literally nothing to wear due to having lost 2 stone in the last few months. I’m going to try the charity shop in town tomorrow as that’s my only chance.
Absolute fuckers.
