Apologies if this has been covered as I haven't rtft, but if he is found 'guilty' does this mean there would have to be a 2nd referendum because of misleading the public with false evidence etc?

If it had not been an advisory referendum, then it's a possibility, I guess.

But since it was advisory, the rules weren't as rigid.

(I'll leave it for history to decide whether Camerons pledge to enact the result was an end-run around requiring the oversight the Electoral Commission would have provided ...)
